Equipped exhibition area

The cost of participation includes: registration fee + cost of renting the equipped area (sq. m.) in the pavilion

Registration fee (obligatory payment)	€ 150

Row booth, 1 sq. m. (minimum area 6 sq. m.)	€ 125
Corner booth (2 open sides)	+ 5%
Two corner booth (3 open sides)	+10%
Island booth (4 open sides)	+15%
Booth assembling and dismantling
The standard exhibition equipment (wall constructions, table, chairs, carpet, lighter, hat and coat stand, power supply 220 V, waste basket)
Printing of Exhibitor’s name on the fascia (standard font)
General security of the exhibition area (5.30 p.m. – 09:00 a.m.)
Publishing information about Exhibitor in the PDF trade fair catalogue

Non-equipped exhibition area

It is reasonable to choose non-equipped area (from 15 sq. m.) in cases when you are planning individual booth construction or your own equipment installation.

Attention! The booth building company must be accredited by the International Exhibition Center.

The cost of participation includes: registration fee + cost of renting an area (sq. m) in a pavilion without any equipment.

Connection to electricity, equipment and services are ordered separately as per our price list.
